How long does a powered land search take?+
Most powered land searches produce a shortlist within three to five weeks and close within two to three months. Senior and highly specialized roles can take longer, which is why we recommend starting before the project needs the hire.
Where do you find powered land candidates?+
We recruit from utility economic development, renewable energy land teams, industrial and commercial real estate, data center site selection consultancies, as well as from data center companies. Many of the strongest candidates are not actively looking.
