The people who are best at power work are rarely looking for a job. They hear about opportunities from colleagues they trust. A referral gives us a warm, respectful way to start that conversation.
We contact every person you refer personally, explain how we got their name only if you’re comfortable with that, and never pressure anyone. If they’re not interested, that’s the end of it.
When a referral leads to a placement — whether it’s a candidate we place or a company that hires through us — we’ll send you a thank-you reward. We confirm the details in writing at the time of placement.

Who can I refer?+
Anyone with experience in power, utilities, energy development, construction or data center operations — or any company that needs to hire for those roles.
Do I need their permission?+
We recommend letting them know, but it’s not required. We’ll reach out respectfully either way.
Can I refer more than one person?+
Yes. Submit the form once for each person.
