GridTal was founded by people who have built companies across power, connectivity and AI compute. Again and again, the hardest part of growing wasn’t capital or equipment — it was finding people who understood how power actually gets delivered to a data center.
That experience shapes how we recruit. We speak the language of interconnection queues, substations and large-load tariffs, so candidates take our calls seriously and clients get shortlists that reflect the real job.
We keep the team deliberately small and senior. Every search is led by someone who knows the market, not handed off to a junior sourcer.
